About me

As a child, art was always my little refuge when something hurt me, or when I was in a bad mood, or when something simply wanted to come out of me. My grandmother had an antique shop at Tihany Rév, where I spent a lot of time during the summer holidays. These experiences left a deep mark on me. The smell of oil paintings, the special atmosphere of antiques and the hustle and bustle of trade all inspired me from a very young age. When I stand in front of the canvas today, the smells that surround me constantly evoke these pleasant summer memories.

As the years passed and the world of work, what is called the so-called capital life, sucked me in, unfortunately my creative hobbies took a back seat. Yet the family heritage, the values we bring with us, were always at work in me...

It took many impulses and the unfolding of certain principles for me to realize: enough is enough! Life should be about more than just sitting at a desk, staring at a keyboard and a screen, enriching others. Creating, crafting, living our dreams, leaving a mark on our earthly journey, conveying thoughts, inviting thought, and thereby bringing joy to others – that is what is truly important.

I chose oil painting because it is the medium that holds the greatest artistic value and durability. Although technically challenging due to its slow drying nature, I believe it is the only method that truly reflects the depth and meaning that my paintings seek to convey. Oil paintings are not just decorations on our walls, but also significant works of art that represent an excellent cultural investment due to their durability.

My art strives to challenge the superficial, fast-changing trends of the modern world and create timeless values in a world where true thoughts and emotions are becoming increasingly rare. My vision combines traditional values with modern contemporary thinking, creating a harmonious balance between classic artistic techniques and fresh, youthful perspectives. I believe that oil paintings not only provide an aesthetic experience, but also serve as cultural heritage that is timeless and carries a deeper meaning.
